BCC Demolition had been contracted by Ash Construction to undertake complete demolition of High Cross House.

The works included asbestos survey, service isolations, internal soft strip followed by remote demolition of the building to include grubbing out foundations, slab & redundant services.

The project was complete ahead of the contract programme and handed over to our sister company to complete the sub-structure phase of the works.
