BCC Demolition had been contracted by Fusion to undertake the internal soft strip of Coulsdon sixth form college taken the building back to the shell in preparation for a new internal Cat B fit-out to include new classrooms, staff room & toilets.

The job involved removing loose office furniture, computer flooring, and other elements of the interior, down to the shell of the building, in preparation for a new fit-out. The removal was done by hand and waste was disposed of through a scaffold chute on the first floor.
