Denbies Wine Estate Demolition
BCC Demolition undertook the demolition of a reinforced concrete water tank within Denbies Wine Estate’s basement, navigating the complexities of a live winery, hotel, and café environment to minimise disruption to ongoing operations.
The project presented challenges in maintaining operational continuity, addressing environmental and health concerns, and managing waste effectively.
To overcome these obstacles, BCC Demolition scheduled off-hours demolition and utilised specialised confined space equipment equipped with environmental controls such as extractor fans and DBF filters on plant machinery.
Despite these constraints, the project was completed within the agreed timeframe, showcasing BCC Demolition’s adaptability and commitment to meeting client needs.
