BCC Demolition had been contracted by Voza Developments to undertake the internal soft strip of a 2nd floor Flat located at 36 Redcliffe Sq, Kensignton.

The building was taken back to the shell to include service isolations & site temps in preparation for a full renovation.

Items removed by hand included loose furniture, stud walls, skirting, lime plaster ceilings/walls.

Removal of the arisings was coordinated daily on site to ensure continuity of programme for all involved by way of cage lorries and parking bay suspensions.
